Happiness is a state of mind. It is like a perfume-you cannot spray it on others without getting some few drops on yourself.
Happiness does not depend upon what happens outside of you but what happens inside of you; it is measured by the spirit in which you meet the problems of life. Happiness depends upon a mind full of rich thoughts and a heart full of rich emotions.
Happiness grows out of harmonious relationships with others, based on attitudes of good will, tolerance, understanding and love. Happiness can be found even in little things like a baby’s smile.
Happiness comes from keeping creatively busy; hobbies are the keys to happy leisure hours. One cannot pursue happiness and catch it. Happiness happens when helping others. Real Happiness lies in making others happy. Master secret of happiness is to meet the challenge of each new day with serene faith.
That’s why I’ll make sure in my life that I start by making myself happy and then make others happy to.
