Happiness is like a perfume

Happiness is a state of mind.  It is like a perfume-you cannot spray it on others without getting some few drops on yourself.
Happiness does not depend upon what happens outside of you but what happens inside of you; it is measured by the spirit in which you meet the problems of life.  Happiness depends upon a mind full of rich thoughts and a heart full of rich emotions.
Happiness grows out of harmonious relationships with others, based on attitudes of good will, tolerance, understanding and love.  Happiness can be found even in little things like a baby’s smile.
Happiness comes from keeping creatively busy; hobbies are the keys to happy leisure hours.  One cannot pursue happiness and catch it.  Happiness happens when helping others. Real Happiness lies in making others happy. Master secret of happiness is to meet the challenge of each new day with serene faith.
That’s why I’ll make sure in my life that I start by making myself happy and then make others happy to.

We are what we do.

We call these things actions. These are little things that we do like taking your granny for shopping or give some of your old clothes and food to those who are in need of them.

They might seem small or significant on their own, but they can have a huge impact on environmental, social and healthy problems. We are what we do for example if in the community that you are living in you are a type of person who is kind, salutes everyone and you are helpful when people are in need of something, then they will call you as a good person.

We are what we do even at schools, if you are type of student who is always do school work, always in the classroom and you always submit your work on the due dates, then your classmates or lecture will notice that and then give you names related to what you are doing. Students who are jealous of your commitment to your school work will give you bad names such as you think you are clever but you are not and those who like what you do will say you are clever and they will support you and they will want to be in a group with you.

A Good Woman Is Hard To Find

A good woman is hard to find, someone who is worth far than diamond. And her husband trusts her without reserve, and never has reasons to regret it. She never spiteful, she treats him generously all her life long.

She shops around for the best yarns and cottons, and enjoys knitting and sewing. She’s like a trading ship that sails to faraway places and brings back exotic surprises. She’s up before dawn, preparing breakfast for her family and organizing her day.

She looks over a field and buys it, then, with money she’s put aside, plants a garden. First thing in the morning, she dresses for work; roll up her sleeves, eager to started. She senses the worth of her work, is in no hurry to call it quits for the day. She’s skilled in the crafts of home and hearth, diligent in homemaking.

She’s quick to assist anyone in need, reaches out to help the poor.
She doesn’t worry about her family when it snows; their winter clothes are all mended and ready to wear. She makes her own clothing, and dresses in colorful linens and silks. Her husband is greatly respected when he deliberates with the city fathers. It is really hard to find a good woman like this especially nowadays.

We are afraid of the wrong things.

There are lots of things to be afraid of these days and you need help finding a few more than just pick up your local daily newspaper or turn on the TV news, they’re filled with crime and fires and fears and tears and disgusts, plenty of groceries for fear there.
When I look at my own fears, there are some which are quite strong and I realized they have the ability to cause me severe suffering. My fears really come down to two things, getting old, and death. Though not my own death but the death of those close to me. These two fears are actually just one thing expressions of the fact that all conscious beings will eventually grow old and die. I am not being gloomy this is just a fact of life! The fear of growing old has become particularly relevant to me recently as I approach the 27 next year.
For a while I struggled against this fear and started reading books from people such as Deepak Chopra about elderly and how we can reverse it. However last month I saw a video of Deepak and saw that he looked like an old man! The one man, who seemed to provide evidence against the predictability of growing old, was growing old! So there I was back to the fear of growing old again!
My mother is now in her 80′s and she’s most certainly not going to be around forever so her dying is something that I will have to face unless I die young of course! And that becomes another fear not that I might die young but that somebody close to me, like my partner could!

Friends are like ballons

Friends are like balloons

Life is too short to wake up with regrets. So love the people who treat you right. Forget about the one's who don't. Believe everything happens for a reason. If you get a second chance, grab it with both hands. If it changes your life, let it. Nobody said life would be easy, they just promised it would be worth it.
Friends are like balloons; once you let them go, you might not get them back. Sometimes we get so busy with our own lives and problems that we may not even notice that we've let them fly away. Sometimes we are so caught up in who's right and who's wrong that we forget what's right and wrong. Sometimes we just don't realize what real friendship means until it is too late. I don't want to let that happen so I'm going to tie mine to my heart so I never lose them.

Faith is the key to success

Faith is the unique power that works through the whole of creation. By faith I don’t mean a belief in a certain religion, ceremony, book, teacher; I mean having trust, a trust even in the absence of reason.
If you study life closely, you will find that to some degree everyone has faith. Every person is born with a simple faith, and it is only afterwards that they learn how if it were not so, we should never have been able to learn our language we speak. Was it not learned by faith, from childhood? When the mother says, “This is a tree”, the child says, “tree”; when she says, “This is water”; the child calls it water.
And there are many things which the parents speak of apart from ordinary every day matters, and the child believes them, as they want him to believe. Whether the names given to the things are right or wrong, the child takes them as his/her parents wishes him/her to take them, for that is his/her natural leaning.
In the beginning everyone has faith. Then how is it that we lose this quality which nature has bestowed upon us? We lose it by the knowledge of names and forms. As we grow, we cover up our faith with the knowledge of names and forms, calling that “learning”. At every step in our progress toward knowledge we compare things and consider some things better than others.
The course of human life involves so many disappointments, so many failures, and so many heartaches, that no one can avoid doubting. When someone has been deceived by another, he easily distrusts ten people, when he/she has found one person unreliable, he/she may perhaps consider a hundred others to be so too. After failing in one thing he/she suspects he/she will fail in a thousand things. So many things take away that natural and powerful quality which was at first present, that faith which is the secret of the whole creation, the secret of all success that can ever be attained in life. This faith is broken by life's discouraging experiences.

Fish fall from the sky

Fish fall from the sky

One of the most recent examples of fish falling from the sky took place the summer of 2000 in Ethiopia. A local newspaper reported: "The unusual rain of fish, which dropped in millions from the air - some dead and others still struggling - created panic among the mostly religious farmers." This is just one of countless case studies of rains of fish, frogs, periwinkles - even alligators - that have been cataloged over the centuries.
Most often these rains of animals are attributed to severe storms, tornadoes, water spouts and related phenomena. Although the theory has not yet been proved, it holds that strong winds pick up the fish or frogs from bodies of water such as ponds, streams and lakes, carry them aloft - sometimes for miles and miles - and then drop them over.
The peculiar fact that challenges this theory is this: in most cases, the rains are of one kind of animal only. It rains one species of herring, for example, or a particular kind of frog. How can this be explained? Could a powerful gust of wind be so discriminating? If the storm scooped up water from a pond, wouldn't it rain all kinds of things one finds in a pond - frogs, toads, fish, weeds, sticks and probably beer cans?

A prayer is the key is the key to open doors for you

When you pray you have to have the faith that Jesus hears what you are praying about. Prayer is just talking to Jesus, and there are no set rules you are having a conversation with Jesus, just like I am writing to you right now. Faith is the key
that unlocks the doors.

Without faith it is impossible to please Him. You have to pray to Him that you are walking through the right door and have the courage to walk through it . It will happen and when it does it will be suddenly. I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. He leads the way and when the temptation comes and I say get behind thee Satin, I serve the Lord thy God and he has to flee. When stuff happens and it does happen, I do not know why, I do not have these answers, but I go to the bible and I read and I pray and I have faith that God hears my prayers and He removes the things off from my life.

I am not better than anyone else, I do not put myself in that position, I am a person who loves Jesus, I am not afraid of saying this. I know who I am in Christ. I know who he is. I love to worship him and to be around people who will worship Him in spirit and in truth. I know that I know that when I pray to him he hears me and he answers prayers. Not as quickly as I would like him to, he does answer us but it is His timing and in His timing he does it suddenly. People are getting sick and children are getting sick, cancer is on the rise along with many other diseases. When we pray, Jesus said to touch the hem of His garment, as he is passing us by and we will be made whole. These are His words. We have the healing in our hands, Jesus, said to lay hands on the sick and they shall recover. Prayer is the key and faith is what unlocks the doors.

What is the colour of wind?

What is the colour of the wind?

The wind is invisible. Its boundaries are infinite and it can never be contained. It knows no fear or hesitation. The wind follows its own intuition, coming and going when it pleases and turning our world’s upside down at the most inopportune times.

It pushes and pulls us, prods and pokes us. It is unpredictable and shows up at our doorstep when we least expect. It causes havoc, throws trees from side to side in a jealous rage, blows sand across highways leaving us blinded and then unexpectedly restores the order with a gentle breeze.

The wind embraces its invisibility and plays tricks on everyone; pretending to be asleep, but in reality it lurks in the near distance unseen to the human eye. The wind is fickle and aloof, never touching the ground for very long and never settling into one place for very long.

The wind harbours secrets of lovers whispered on a calm breeze. It carries the tears and heartache of those left behind and the hopes of a better tomorrow follows it wherever it may roam. Where it's headed we will never know, but it is never very far away, always waiting, lurking in the distance.

If I were the boss

If I were the boss

If I were the boss I would be best boss that ever happened to them. I would be the boss who realize that management succeeds via the efforts of the workers because of you're in charge doesn't mean you deserve all the credit for the work being done. Your staff is responsible for the bulk of the work. You are leading them as they get it done to be sure all regulations are complied.

I would be the boss who delegate responsibility and then trust my staff. Micro-managers are never appreciated and shows disrespect toward the team member. Once you've trained someone to handle a task, allow him or her to handle it without interference. Different people have different approaches, and someone else's way of doing something may be just as efficient as the way you would do it. Before you step in and force your way on anyone, give an honest evaluation to the method, and if you find it works just as well, even if it's different from yours, let it be. Constantly correcting your people undercuts their confidence and does not allow them to exercise their own style.

I would be the boss who knows my employees to know my strength. Watching your staff, get to know them as individuals. Understand their motives: Whatever that is, do your best to understand. That allows you to enhance, adjust and align their motives with your goals. The cream always rises to the top, and it's your job to figure out which employees do what is required in their jobs, and which employees do all they can in their jobs. There is a huge distinction.

I would be the boss who deals with any problems quickly and directly.  When you see a problem, deal with it quickly and don't nag your people about it later - let done be done. Try to elicit the agreement that whatever just happened was not acceptable. Remember that your goal is to promote productive behavior and retain the respect of your employee, NOT to antagonize your people, particularly in front of others.
